WHY ARE THESE IMPORTANT?

 

SLEEP WELL

A good night sleep is important so that your muscle tissue and brain can recover and function as designed. The longer you remain awake the more stress is put on the body, and sleeping is the function that removes the stresses from our bodies so we can function well again. 7+ Hours for adults, more for youth.

EAT WELL

For your body to function at it's best we need;

1. To provide the right nutrients for daily body function. 

2. Maintain a balanced calorie intake/output. Total calories from what you eat/drink, versus what you burn from daily activity. Taking in too many calories means the body will need to store it (stored as fat under the skin or in our organs) until they can be used.

STAY HYDRATED

You will have a weekly check-in over video call to review that past week and make updates in the training to cater for any barriers you are facing.

PROGRESSIVE GOALS

Results are infinite and you will always have somewhere to direct your efforts, so your coach will ensure you set realistic goals to achieve based on your current abilities.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

A key component to your training is the fuel you provide your body and something your coach will advice you on how to avoid cravings or how to spend for a healthier option.

MOTIVATION

Your coach is there to support and help your conquer those mental obstacles and keep the energy high for the dedication and commitment required to succeed.
